Pegasus Solutions is a global leader in providing technology and services to hotels and travel distributors. Founded in 1989, Pegasus' customers include a majority of the world's travel agencies and nearly 60,000 hotel properties around the globe. Pegasus owns the 4,200 Utell Hotels.
Pegasus needed a way to manage its call center costs and deliver better service to the Utell portfolio. Pegasus had looked at speech before but the cost and risk of lengthy custom development made it prohibitive for the company. That changed after Pegasus met Voxify. Voxify rolled out Automated Agents to take confirmation and cancellation calls for the Utell Hotel chain.
