  PhotoTLC, Inc., is the leading provider of digital photo products, including photo restorations and photo gifts, for America's largest retailers. PhotoTLC provides its products in partnership with retailers large and small, both at 16,000 "brick and mortar" locations, as well as in ecommerce partnerships.

To support its 16,000 retail locations, PhotoTLC staffs a call center to take order processing and order status calls.  Retailer photo department staff continually call to place and check on customer orders.  Their peak season is during the holidays where customers are restoring old photos to give as gifts.  PhotoTLC needed a cost-effective way to handle the calls and did not want to build out their call center of Customer Service Representatives(CSRs).

PhotoTLC turned to Voxify Automated Agents to handle the call spikes and take orders and give order status information to retail store staff.
