  Every company's back office systems are different. Some companies have state-of-the-art infrastructure with redundant databases and web services/XML interfaces connecting the back-end with the web application. Others have heterogeneous legacy systems, mainframes, and proprietary stores of customer data. There are as many variations of back office systems as there are companies. The following methods are standard options for integration with sources of customer records, customer contact information, and customer data:

Web Services or similar XML over HTTP(S)
SOAP programmatic interface is preferred. Voxify can integrate with client-developed (in-house) or third-party web services/XML interfaces.

Voxify API Implementation
A Voxify-supplied Java interface library that interfaces with the application can be integrated with a proprietary store of customer records, customer contact information, and customer prescription data.

Client-Server API
Client-provided Java library, such as a JCA component, can be used to communicate to server-side functionality.
