  The Order Status Agent for the Catalog industry is pre-trained to take inbound calls to give order and return status information.  The Order Status Agent can locate an order based on an alpha-numeric ID or some type of customer information. The Order Status Agent can give status on when the order will ship and information on orders that have already shipped.
