The FAQ Agent takes inbound calls and gives answers to Frequently Asked Questions. Traditional touchtone IVR systems are limited to menu-driven questions and answers that are constrained to pushing, ”0-9, #, *”. Audio Sources
Audio for the FAQ Agent can come from the following two sources:

  • Dynamic Audio
    Plays scripts determined at runtime using static and dynamic elements. Examples of FAQs that may need this feature are Operating Hours and Show Times.
  • Fixed Scripts
    Plays fixed scripts. Can be changed when needed.

Reporting and Analysis
Provides reporting and analysis on call time, transfer, completion, and other statistics.  Provides call summary and trend analysis.
