The Claims Status Agent for the Insurance industry is pre-trained to take inbound calls to give the status of property, casualty, health and life insurance claims. Once the customer is verified, claims can be identified based on claim number, customer, plan type, claim type, date of claim, or a combination of information. Once the claim is identified, the details of the claim are given which can include customer, status of claim, resolution, and other information.

Find claim based on claim number, plan type (homeowner's, auto, medical, dental), claim type (auto accident), date of claim, or a combination of information.

Give Details of Claim
Give the details of the claim which can include customer, status of claim, resolution, and other information.
