Calls customers to remind of appointments or remittances due, pending service interruptions, or other items.

Notify of Events
Calls customers to report service restoration or other events.

Schedule
Calls customers to schedule meter reading appointment.

Reschedule
If customer is reached live during out-bound call, allows customer to confirm, cancel, or reschedule the appointment in the same call.

Process Payments
If customer is reached live during out-bound call, allows customer to make payment by phone in the same call.
